Women’s Ministry presents a Self Defense Class for Women, with Vienna Police Captain Kristen Ruddy Ball. All women 21 and up are welcome to learn contextual risk reduction and general situational awareness; practical and realistic self-defense techniques designed for women with no prior training; everyday safety habits to better avoid potential threats; and how to respond effectively under pressure and expand your self-defense skills in unsafe situations.
